Very nice hotel with super food

Super good food, very clean, not used furniture, 3,5 EUR for drinks for halfboard option.

Swimming pool a bit too small, too many drunk and very noisy turists from UK, even till 3 am.

Excellent experience

Extremely clean hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff were all lovely.

Only one thing, there was a small leak in the air conditioner in our room which caused a small pool of water in the doorway.

Hotel was excellent, the food was good then staff were helpful the cleaning staff were fantastic

It's built on a Hill which isn't explained, most apartments don't get sun on the balcony,There was no one to meet us when we got.to the Hotel the security had to call the night manager added 25 minutes at 2am

Brilliant hotel !!! , but a bit of a walk to the strip.

The hotel is maybe the best I have stayed in All of Spain . The rooms were modern and stylish and well equipped , the food in the restaurant ( All-Inclusive) was some of the best hotel food I have had in Spain . The staff were all friendly and welcoming ( bar one ,see ) We had free access to the Gym which was sufficiently equipped to get a holiday workout in . The hotel is a 10/15 Saim Mall which has a large number of shops and cafes/ restaurants . There are other bars and restaurants near the hotel with a 10min to the beach also .

I witnessed One of the staff in the restaurant being abrupt with both visitors and staff a few times . Our room was at the top end of the hotel ( the hotel is situated on a hill, so by top I mean the top of the hill end ) which is located across from a bus station hub , which means we could hear buses coming and going ( reverse beeping noise) throughout the day and night . The pool area was very slippy at times and there were quite a few missing pool tiles in the shallow end of the pool . The hotel is located approximately a 30min walk from the main bars and restaurants of the Las Americas main strip. There was little choice of alcohol spirits at the bar , with only 4 local spirits in Non-Specific glass jars and premium cost named brand spirits, with a cocktail costing around €6/8 None of these reasons would stop me staying at this hotel again just maybe not at that end of the hotel .

I loved the private swimming pool. I really appreciated birthday unexpected bottle of shampagne and cake. Gym was great and fitness instructor was nice.

Most of the staff felt like unhappy, maybe tired. I only remember a bartenders and room cleaner ladies being like honestly smiling and laughinlg. Nobody was impolite but it just felt like atmosphere at work is poor

Short but nice stay, definitely recommend.

The food is excellent and varied. The hotel is neat and modern, recently renovated. Suites spacious and cleaned 100% I usually book with Coral hotels and definitely recommend Ocean view.

I requested a suite with direct access to the private pool and it was not fulfilled even though the request was accepted. I was located on the 6th floor and the door key was often disabled and I had to go up and down repeatedly to activate the key, It was quite annoying as the elevators are very long on the way. I was not offered a welcome drink and there were no drinks in the minibar. Choosed a suite with (all inclusive). Unfortunately, it was raining most of the time and I would have liked to use the SPA, but there were rather limited opening hours and no appointments available to book there.

The location was perfect,close to everything but also peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was fabulous!

The staff, food, and ocean views here are brilliant. Everything is within walking distance (the beaches, clubs, and shops). Reasonable price for a 4-star hotel in the center of Costa Adeje.

They're not that flexible. Here's what happened: for our last day of stay we'd be skipping the breakfast we paid as our flights were early. We asked if breakfast can be swapped for dinner the day before we go. They didn't want to do this due to the "price difference" which I find a bit bizarre.

nice hotel

gym was excellent, food good, very clean

when I arrived 10-30 at night, no power in the room, I went back to reception and the guy said go back and put switch down for power to come on, took 5 mins in dark to find switch for power, in the morning there was big puddle of water from air conditioning unit, I reported this twice to reception but no one repaired it, I fell on my 3rd day the floor was so wet, this why the power was of when I arrived, hope it gets sorted
